Models
A Variety of Crafted ModelsWhile studying at my Bachelor of Architectural Studies at Unitec, I crafted a variety of models. Most of these models were made individually, and from my own designs in the Design Studio course.
A notable exception to this, is the 1:50 scale model of the Eames House and studio. This project was done as part of a Critical Studies course in 2017 and was done as a group project with a fellow student.
The 1:50 roof framing model uses the NZS 3604 standard for half of the structure, trusses on the other half, and an outrigger system for the gable ends.
